We’re on the lookout for a seasoned Customer Product Owner to help launch and grow a brand-new function dedicated to optimising the value of our marketing automation and loyalty platforms .
This isn’t a greenfield build—it’s a chance to make a big impact by refining and evolving existing customer technology stacks. You’ll bring a strong mix of product ownership expertise and technical platform know-how , working alongside a business analyst and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and meaningful customer outcomes.

Key Accountabilities
Own and manage the product backlog across marketing automation, loyalty, and future customer-facing platforms
Use performance data to continuously refine workflows, campaigns, and customer experiences
Translate business needs into user stories in collaboration with a business analyst, ensuring effective prioritisation
Work closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, IT, analytics, and external vendors to enhance and deliver product capabilities
Identify and act on opportunities to optimise and scale existing platforms , focusing on value over replacement
Lead the rollout of new loyalty features that align with evolving customer expectations and business strategies
Coach and support a team new to product practices—embedding agile ways of working and fostering a product-led mindset
Partner with stakeholders to align product direction with wider business goals and ensure clear communication and expectations
Key Capabilities
Experience in a Product Owner or Product Management role, ideally within marketing automation , loyalty platforms , or customer data environments .
Deep familiarity with tools such as Braze , Salesforce Marketing Cloud , or similar platforms.
Hands-on experience with loyalty platforms (e.g., Antavo ) to design and optimise loyalty programs .
Demonstrated success in identity resolution initiatives and managing customer identity across channels.
Strong experience working with data science and analytics teams to incorporate models and insights into automation and loyalty strategies.
Proven ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other Product Owners.
Experience managing direct reports , especially in experimentation, integrations, and journey design.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills, with a focus on customer value and business impact.
