Purpose

Your role as People Systems Coordinator will be to provide exceptional technical support and day to day assistance across the CRG people systems landscape (PayGlobal, MYOB ESS, Dayforce,SNOW, LNC apps and Power Automate). Responding to system queries, run interface files and help configure and maintain system integrity, as well as drive process improvement and innovation. Key stakeholder groups include Payroll, HR, Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition and Workforce planning.

Key Accountabilities

  • Providing day to day technical support
  • Master Data integrity, provide simple solutions to data integrity issues, ensuring requirement for People Team members to check data is minimized
  • Supporting user experience, encourage greater self-service within all people systems to increase experience and operational efficiency
  • Assisting awareness building around systems for whole People Team – support 1 on 1s, create guides, support training session delivery
  • Consistently drive innovation and support activities within the people systems team digital road map, implementing ideas and solutions
  • Drive operational efficiency via digital or automation solutions – e.g. macro-enabled templates, Adobe Sign, LCNC, Power Automate etc)

Key Capabilities

  • Proven experience in a similar HR or IT support role, preferably within a large organization 
  • Experience in HRIS and/or payroll systems is not a requirement, however will be highly regarded
  • Understanding of data management principles, with a focus on accuracy and minimizing errors
  • Existing knowledge in enhancing user experience
  • Experience in reviewing business processes and consultation with users and other stakeholders
  • Experience in presenting, briefing and hosting training sessions is beneficial (but not essential)
  • Strong Microsoft Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc)
  • Willingness to learn and a natural curiosity for IT and systems
